What your agency pays, and what it covers.

An agency has one subscription, billed monthly in advance, that covers every client. This screen shows what you pay, how it splits across clients, and the two ways a client leaves the bill.
The price
- $499/mo includes 10 locations and 10 websites, counted across all your clients together.
- $35/mo for each location above the 10 included.
- $14/mo for each website above the 10 included.
- $17.50/mo per location for each industry a client tracks past its first, up to 3 industries per client. A client with two industries at three locations adds three of these.
Changes are prorated. Adding capacity bills right away for the rest of the period. Removing a client takes effect at the end of the period, with no credit. There's no free trial on the agency plan and no annual option.
What's on this screen
Start your plan
Shown until you've paid for the first time. It opens a Stripe checkout for the monthly base. Clients you've already added start monitoring once the plan is confirmed.
Where the money goes, this month
A per-client breakdown of the current bill: each client's locations, websites, and extra industries, and what that comes to. The base is split across clients in proportion, so the column adds up to the invoice. This is the view to show a client who asks what they cost you.
Dropping a client
Pick a client to drop. They stay monitored to the end of the billing period, show a Leaves on date until then, and can be kept with one click if you change your mind. See Adding and Dropping Clients.
Handing a client over
Move a client to paying us directly, with its history intact. Useful when a client leaves your agency but wants to keep SEO Retriever.
If a payment fails
The screen shows A payment did not go through with a link to fix the card in Stripe. You have 7 days from the failed payment. After that, monitoring pauses for every client until the bill is paid, then picks up again.
Only the agency owner sees this screen. Staff can open every client but can't change the plan, drop a client, or hand one over. See Your Agency Team.
