Your Clients

Every client on one screen, ranked by who needs your attention first, not alphabetically.

In your app: /clients/

When you sign in as an agency, you land on Clients. It's a list, not a dashboard: one row per client business, with the things that tell you where to look next. Open any row and you're in that client's own dashboard, with all nine modules and the same screens this guide covers for a business account.

How the list is ordered

A list sorted A to Z is a switcher. This one is sorted by attention. Clients with an unfinished setup, a falling SEO Score, or open critical to-dos rise to the top. Clients that are ticking along quietly sit lower. The order changes as the data does, so the top of the list is a reasonable morning routine.

What each row shows

  • The client's name and website.
  • Their current SEO Score and which way it moved since last week.
  • How many to-dos are open, and whether any are critical.
  • Anything we still need from you to finish setting them up, such as an address when we couldn't find a location, or which industry to track when the site didn't make it clear.

Getting around

Inside a client, the picker at the top of the sidebar names the business you're looking at. Use it to jump to another client without going back, or choose All clients to return to this list. On a phone, the picker lives in the top bar.

A client with a Start button is waiting. That happens when a client was added but isn't on your plan yet, for example because the add went past your plan's allowance or a payment didn't go through. Click Start to put them on the plan; their monitoring begins when it's confirmed.
