Your Branding
What your clients see when they sign in and when we email them on your behalf.
In your app: /branding/
Everything a client sees inside SEO Retriever carries your branding once you set it up here: the dashboard, the sign-in page, and every email we send about their business. Set it before you add your first client, so the first email already looks like yours.
What's on this screen
Logo
Upload a wide version of your logo. It appears at the top of each client's dashboard and at the top of their emails. If you haven't uploaded one yet, clients see your agency's name as text in its place, never our logo.
Name your clients see
By default this is your agency name from signup. Set a display name here if you'd rather show something else, such as a shorter trading name. Leaving it blank means "use the agency name", so renaming the agency later keeps flowing through.
Accent color
One color, in the form #RRGGBB, used for buttons and highlights in client emails. Anything that isn't a six-digit color code is rejected rather than guessed at.
Replies to your clients go to
The email address a client reaches when they reply to one of our emails about their business. Emails are sent from our address with your name on them; this setting makes sure the reply lands with you.
Your sign-in page
Once your plan is paid, your agency gets a sign-in address of its own, shown here. Hand that address to clients. It carries your logo and nothing of ours except the web address itself.
What still carries our name
- The web address. Clients sign in at app.seoretriever.com.
- The sending address on emails, hello@seoretriever.com, with your name as the sender.
- The browser tab icon.
There's no custom domain or custom sending address yet. See What Your Clients See for the full picture from the client's side.
Changing your logo later is safe. Emails we've already sent keep showing the logo they were sent with, so an old message never breaks. New dashboards and emails pick up the new logo right away.
