The Plan & Billing screen shows everything about your subscription: which plan you are on, how many locations it covers, and the card we charge each month. You can change your plan, add or remove locations, and update your payment card here without calling anyone.
What is on this screen
Success and canceled banners
If you just completed (or canceled) a checkout, a banner appears at the top of the screen to confirm what happened.
- Green "You are all set" banner - your plan is now active and your first scans are already queued. Your dashboard starts updating within an hour.
- Gray "Checkout was canceled" banner - nothing was charged. You can pick a plan any time by coming back to this screen.
The banner only shows once and disappears when you reload the page.
Current plan
The Current plan card shows the plan you are on right now, its base monthly price, and your renewal date. Your plan is named for how many industries it covers - a separate line of work that needs its own keywords and its own map tracking, like heating and plumbing, or dentistry and orthodontics. Most businesses need one.
- 1 industry - $99/month, covering one location and one website.
- 2 industries - $149/month, covering one location and one website.
- 3 industries - $199/month, covering one location and one website.
One plan includes every feature, at the same depth and on the same schedule. There is no faster or deeper tier to upgrade to - the only thing that changes your price is how many locations, websites, and industries you have.
Adding an industry takes effect right away, and Stripe charges the prorated difference when you confirm. Removing one is scheduled instead: it takes effect at your next renewal date, nothing is charged today, and you keep the industries you have until then.
Locations
The Locations row shows how many locations your plan currently covers and how many are active. Use the minus and plus buttons to change the count. The running price underneath updates as you go, and the button at the bottom of the card applies the change - it takes you to Stripe to confirm.
Adding a location increases your monthly charge right away (Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of the billing period). Removing a location reduces your charge starting on your next invoice - there is no credit for the current period.
If the count shows fewer locations than you have active, the Update button stays grayed out. You need to deactivate some locations on the Locations screen first before you can drop the plan count below your active total.
Websites
The Websites row works the same way as Locations: it shows how many websites your plan covers and how many are active, with minus and plus buttons that feed the same running price and the same confirm step.
One website is included in your plan. Each additional website is a flat $19/month - it does not go up or down with your location count or your industry count.
Add an additional website when you operate one or more locations under a separate brand, or when you have regional websites. Several locations sharing a single website do not need it. Each website you add gets its own site scan, page speed checks, SSL and domain monitoring, backlink tracking, and AI visibility checks.
As with locations, adding one is charged right away and prorated for the rest of the period, and removing one takes effect at your next invoice.
Payment method
The Payment method card shows the card currently on file - the brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), the last four digits, and the expiry date. Click Update card to open Stripe's secure card-update page. We never store your card number directly - all payment details live on Stripe's servers.
If you are still in your free trial, no card is required yet. The card field simply shows "No card needed during your free trial" until you choose to subscribe.
How to get here
Plan & Billing is not in the main sidebar. You reach it from the business switcher in the top-left corner of the sidebar (click your business name, then "Plan & Billing").
Free trial and upgrading
If you signed up for the 14-day free trial, this screen shows a blue banner reminding you how many days are left. Click Subscribe now in that banner (or use the Change your plan card) to pick a paid plan before your trial ends. Your numbers keep updating without any gap.
After your trial ends, the banner turns amber and your numbers stop refreshing until you add payment. Come back to this screen, choose a plan, and your scans resume the same day.
Your first location never changes price. Each location you add after it is charged on a published schedule that steps down as you grow - the second is $50/month, and the rate drops again past 10, 20, and 50 locations. Adding a location never makes your bill go down, and never re-prices the locations you already have. The Locations card shows the updated monthly total whenever you adjust the count, so you always know what a change costs before you confirm it.
