Signing Up Your Agency
Three fields, one code from your inbox, and you're in. The plan starts at checkout; there's no trial on the agency plan.
In your app: /signup/agency/
An agency account is separate from a business account. You sign up once as the agency, then add each client business from inside. Your clients never sign up themselves and never see a bill from us.
What's on this screen
The price list
The top of the page shows what the plan costs, so there are no surprises at checkout: the monthly base, what it includes across all your clients, and the per-unit prices for anything above that. The same list appears again on the Billing screen.
Three fields
Your name is how we greet you. Work email becomes your sign-in address, so use one you check. Agency name is what your clients will see until you set a display name on the Branding screen. Click Create my agency account and we email you a 6-digit code.
The code
Enter the code and click Set up my agency. That creates the agency and makes you its owner. If the code expires, send yourself a new one from the same screen.
What happens next
- You land on Your Clients, which is empty until you add one. The screen offers to start your plan; that's a Stripe checkout for the monthly base.
- Add your first client with their website. See Adding and Dropping Clients. Their SEO Score is typically ready within an hour.
- Set your logo, colors, and reply-to address on the Branding screen, so the first email a client gets already carries your name.
Your own sign-in page comes with the first payment. Once your plan is paid, your agency gets a sign-in address of its own that you can hand to clients. Until then, everyone signs in at the regular sign-in page. The Branding screen shows the address once it exists.
